Being a Leeds Utd supporter, this TV talk is all a bit academic, but apparently we have the only 100% record in the country and for all that effort ...0 points.
Marching on together
When I were a lad we had the one thing that money can't buy...poverty

I would stay at the Areca lodge everytime apart from the fact they have "cable" TV in your loom but the "UBC" is downstairs in the bar's which are shut at this time [img
Hence last time I stayed at the Dynasty Inn as I was assured of ESPN and Star Sports and getting to watch the Manchester United games in the early hours

You can always watch Champions league games in your room while in Pattaya because they are shown on the free to air Thai TV stations.
Obviously the only problem is the commentary in the event that you do not understand Thai.
Yes I know that Pentire as I watched the Milan v United 2nd Leg game in Aem's loom for a little while before being distracted (well we were 0-2 down at the time)
Just spent a month at Pattaya Bay Resort. The staff was excellent. Everyone from the front desk crew to the maids, doormen and restaurant crew were top notch.
A number of my guests remarked at how well they were treated by the staff at PBR as opposed to some of the other hotels they have stayed in.
Only one draw back. If you are a nite owl forget about sleeping past 9am if your room faces out towards the Avenues.
There are 3 or 4 monster construction projects going on right outside your balcony. The only day the noise was bearable was on Sunday, when construction seemed to halt for the day.
The construction is still going on . To be honest i think there will always be construction works somewhere and you are lucky if in fact you dont get any noise. As for me i will never stay in this part of town ever again.

Did not had problem with noise when i was there (late January). I was given a 2nd floor room on the back side and it was OK. Location is fine, too, same for the staff. Only to small observations: it was the first time, in my life, i was asked for the intire amount of money, in advance... Second, when you are not aware, the map they guve you in the hotel business car may confuse you, because you may think soi 15 is the soi between 2nd rd and walking st and IT IS NOT, it is the one between 2nd rd and 3rd rd.
The PBR is no Longer the Great Bargin it was before. (at Least thru April)
Too Many other Hotels in the City that cost less money and are better equiped, due to new construction in town.
