A couple of weeks back i asked for advice on the current state of jasmine hotel, well made my mind up to stay there, checked there site and the room i was after and dates are all booked! So back to square 1! I have looked at a couple of others- pattaya bay resort, lk penthouse(penthouse not my cup of tea). I could go back and stay in the place at the end of walking st, but too many old faces (gg's)
Any suggestions?
i'm going where the sun keeps shining.................
Personally, I like a place a bit away from the bars because of noise and also familiar faces of ones I have fucked. Just rather not deal with them calling out my name.
Jasmine might have space, you should call them. But Jasmine is right next to EZY Bar - see above paragraph.
Pattaya Bay is nice, and not too far from 2nd Rd and Soi 13. I like LK Mansion near the corner of Soi Buakao and Second Rd. 800 baht low season, great room.
they have not updated their website since 2006. Their rates are still at 600B for standard room. But the pics of the rooms definitely look like a good deal.
Added: My apologies, I googled and got their old website. Their new site is www.lkpattaya.com.

Jasmine Mansion rooms are OK, but it is on the busiest section of Soi Buakao, so the rooms may not be quiet. Rooms at LK Mansion are quiet.
Hi all, just signed up to the forum, overwhelmed by the great amount of information
Right, so I am planning my first trip to Pattaya for November / December. Anybody any experiences with the Sunbeam Hotel? Nice looking rooms, good location, but wondering it I should be worried if I take a LB 'home' for the night...
I'll be going by myself... anything I should be worried about? (read loads of stuff on the crime rates, etc.).
Thanks, DC
Morning (well where I am ) ; just wondering, is it best to book a hotel online prior to departure, or just book on the spot when there. Planning to be in Pattaya end of Nov / beginning of Dec. Not sure how busy it is there then...
Thanks guys, DC

Not trying to be picky here, but since Second Rd and Soi Buakow are parallel, how can there be a corner of those two streets? They obviously can never intersect. Perhaps I am missing something.

Can anyone give me an opinion of LK Renaissance v. PBR? I have reservations at PBR but it's only for the single at 1000 baht. And while it's a very good deal, I'd prefer something more spacious. Is LKR loud? Is it discrete or on a busy soi? Thanks.
