I've seen it reported on a couple of other forums. Price has gone up - and they will charge you for more than 1 lb guest at a time. The location is quite good, not far from Central Festival Mall and easy to catch Baht buses on Beach Road or 2nd Road. The rooms were not very sound proof though.
