Question about the Augustus suits,

There room rates are starting from 3000 on the internet bullshit or what?

More importantly,are the really ladyboy friendly or do it causes a hassle?

And what about the cost for internet,you say it is free but that have published specific internet cost on there website as well.

Areca Lodge: Trying to see the price I can have for October, I came accross a little line in the Reservation Terms and Conditions:
Reservation Terms & Conditions :  
- Room rates are in Thai Baht and inclusive of breakfast.
- All rooms are Non-Smoking.
- The hotel does not accept customer from China, Israel, India and all Arab countries.

Since I still am learning the street names I need a little help. I want to stay down in the Soi 7/8 area and I was looking at the Flipper Lodge but they say booked from Nov 26 thru Dec 6th, any suggestions in that area?

Just stayed at Baan Sila, for 999 baht per night. Very close to Beach Rd. Nice small hotel soi 11 affililated with Natural Beach. LB friendly. No lift though but nice new property, friendly staff with access to pleasant Natural Beach Pool. Actually a very quiet, non descript soi. With stone tiled floors of the hallways that echo all sounds sorry to say I could only stay one night. (I struggle to find clean, quiet hotels in Pattaya). The guests all raved about the place. Had to retreat to my home away from home, Sandy Spring on soi 13, seaview room with balcony overlooking pool-- so far no hotel has topped this one.

TM, check a number of hotel sites in addition to the Sunshine Hotel site, prices seem to vary quite a bit from site to site (Sawadee, Asia room, Agoda etc.)

Plane paid for, Mr Toon is picking me up and thanks to Daveduke I have hotel. I read one of his posts and even though he didnt stay there in May he did recomend it highly. There was two rooms left now there is one. Now I just have to wait 26+ 31+30+2 = 69 days to the start of trip 2.

Hotel Amari Orchid Resort & Tower, Montien or Hard Rock Hotel, any of these which are ladyboy-unfriendly?

I can strongly recommend Pattaya Bay Resort, nice staff, good food and no problem bringing ladyboys to the room..

Fantastic room - I love it (even has jacuzzi ... gonna stuff a LB or two in there tonight)

breakfast (included in price for 2) served until 2pm - "because our guests like to party" according to manager - and they will even serve in your room free of charge

kind of an art deco look and feel to the place - my kind of hotel
