Stay in Pattaya 5-6x every year and always like Sunbeam-Hotel,Soi 8.They are extremely GG + LB friendly and  never argue when you mix every day.Rate (booked in Germany for double with breakfast) is approx. THB 1500. Good deal, big rooms and in the middle of the action.

I found another place that is NOT ladyboy friendly (kind of):

Marina House
between Soi Buakao and 3rd Rd (Soi 21 off of 3rd rd). This soi is just north of Pook Bar. The hotel is very close to 3rd road.

Stayed 3 nights there, 1st night had a GG, 3rd night had a GG. 2nd night, I slept alone but woke up horny and had Am come over at 9:00am. They guard took her ID card, no problem. On her way out (with me, I was giving her a ride back to her room), the guy gave her the ID card back and told her that no ladyboys are welcome here, and she should not come back. Am is polite and quiet, so this obviously was not a problem he was having with her.

This is a real shame, as the room is awesome, the pool is great and the price is 600 baht!

Naris Art Hotel,

extremely lb friendly. Lb is working there, the guy at the reception is gay...

Quite nice rooms BUT quite shitty rooms, too. Doesn't depend on the price, depends on your luck. I know what room to take You can have a look into the shower from that one.

He is refering to soi 13 , you will find the Whitehouse , Lek , Dynasty etc , all LB friendly and all very close to Stringfellows if thats what you want .

No doubt: Marriott! 5 stars and just a few meters far from Stringfellows and La Bamba.

I was planing to stay there but not now....

for more than one guest you must pay a fee in areca lodge? is that right and when how much?

The only hotel in Pattaya where I have stayed, catering for "mongerers" which does not allow ladyboys was the Eastiny Place in Soi 8. I stayed there several times before I became attracted to LB's and liked it because of the large swimming pool. Since then I have stayed at 3 further hotels: Sabai Inn, Lek and Little Duck, and experienced no problems taking LB's to the room.

We really like Best Beach Villas on soi 5. Sure its a bit of a baht bus ride away from soi Yamoto and Walking st but it is close to soi 6 Close to Big C and bars down 'that end' of town..

It is relatively new, very nice staff, decent rooms (start from around 1400 for a decent room!) and very friendly indeed. We have taken couples, ladyboys, groups, random strangers back to our room as guests and have never had a problem..

Only drama we have found is it doesnt have wireless.. Its a prick..

Oh, it also has a great pool and good food - though apart from the occasional club sandwhiches, we eat Thai...
