The Philippines announced that Filipinos will be allowed to leave the country in August. I don’t know where they can go since all their neighbors are closed. Here the government is theatening people of a second lock down.
It seems to come mainly from 2 factors :
* some people do not respect distanciation. Either they're unable to understand the difference between lock down distanciation or they just want their freedom instinctively. The worse ones are those between 65 and 75. Humanity's sometimes cheap.
* youngsters don't feel concerned. So they go to rave parties since night clubs aren't allowed to open. If they were, they would promise o take measures to keep people's distances but they wouldn't. Youngsters think they won't be seriously sick if they get it. They don't realize they will bring it back home to their parents or grandparents.

Since too many people behave like kids, government treats us like kids. Sad times.

BTW I checked my favorite Novotel Sukhumvit 4 near Nana Plaza for November 2020. Was $110/ night last December. Now an incredible $24 a night! Good for non-sex tourists, but not for me.
