Not sure what a Grammer School education has got to do with it. I have managed quite well without it thank you & I have no trouble expressing myself.

Spelling & a huge vocabulary are only important if you are an academic, I am an engineer, I have about 80 countries visited under my belt & I am still paid to jet around the world within the Aluminium melting industry. I still can't spell.

Donnnnny does not need these attributes to do what he does, we all get by with what we have, some of us clearly better than others. Plus he has considerable experience in the LB P4P play field in the LOS & surrounding countrys. He is obviously well liked amoungst our little LB / TS admiring community in the forum, witness over 40,000 views of his travel report.  

Reading this thread has left me with the overall opinion that the vast majority wish Mark & Ex well, ( Me included ), but there are a few of us that are only too aware of the odds on these relationships succeeding, but that doesn't mean to say we don't support them & wish them every success.

Let all have & air there opinion, clearly some members differ in there views on numerous subjects.

Gentlemen, I realise most of you have had enough of this thread but I felt an Asian pespective was needed.
First my congratulations to Mark for having the guts to give this a shot and posting it on a public forum.
I am an Asian who lived his fifty years in Singapore and Malaysia and, of course, appreciates these lovely ladyboys.
One reason this would succeed (love aside) is because there is a common thread running through the thoughts of a fair number of Asian ladies (and ladyboys) who would love the idea of showing off a white guy as their partner. It gives them "face" and their families can brag about it to their neighbours.
On top of it if the white guy is wealthy it begins to make more sense for the Asian.
However the problem always is, how do you take the "bar" out of the bargirl? Like it or not, the circle of friends that Ex had would be people like herself. Other "normal" Thais would not not be very friendly with her, sadly enough. Such is Thai culture, tolerant that they may be. So the temptation to go back to her old ways is always there as long as there is contact with her old friends.
What's needed is for Ex to get involved in an occupation which is "decent" and keeps her occupied and hopefully gaining a new group of friends. Easier said than done but the alternative is one ex-bar ladyboy with an idle mind!
