Today is SRS day.

One positive side of things: if she did get SRS, it would change her life dramatically and change how Thais and farangs relate. If you think it wouldn't serve her well, and want to do that to her, go for it. She'll be immobile and recovering for weeks on end. That would give her lots of time to think about you and her bad decisions. Just be sure the money isn't going for some other scam.

I am a scynic and am afarid to say , it was probibly all plannned from the start. she gets the car the money the shop the house.I do hope you are not taken for a huge amount but as socreties says ,"several victims this week welcome to the club".

Thanks again guys. Your comments have been very helpful and give me the courgage to stand by what I did. To that end SB, there has been absolutley no contact on her part so far. There were two e-mails last week asking was I still going to send her the money for her SRS and was it O.K. for her to go to Bangkok. I did not respond to either of these and since last Monday there has been nothing further. I know that she has all my numbers here in California but I have lucked out so far. Maybe she is playing a waiting game and thinks that I will eventually call her and apologize. I can well imagine her state of mind right now, faced with having to return to the P4P game, the loss of face doing so with her fellow bargirls, the loss of face to her family in their village and the repo of the pickup and closing the shop. I am keeping out of contact with people we both know in Bangkok as I do not want them telling her my plans for my return after Christmas. They are Thai and we all know whose side they will choose.

So she might lose face in losing you, but she most certainly will concoct a story to make you the bad farang, and everyone will lap it up as it's what they expect.

But shame should also be felt by the malicious wankers who encouraged PM in spite of the empiric reality about this sort of relationship... that was doing him a disservice!

The toadies who slobbered all over this now broken relationship are the ones who have no face, but the sad fact is that they are probably oblivious.
