Correct me if I'm wrong but the Dome of the Rock and the Temple mount share the same location. Surely there must have been some tension there when that was built?
I posted a link a couple of pages back to a documentary that expels all the myths regarding Jewish and Muslim tensions.
I know you still read here, checking my every post like the psychotic stalker that you are

I lay there in bed thinking to myself, am I gay and then Lusi rammed her cock in my mouth and I thought, who cares this is fantastic!!!

Maybe I sound insensitive but its not the case at all. I do care!  But if I had to live my whole life based on how everyone might be sensitive to me.. I would not be living my life as I want it. So you can accept me and my flaws as I am or you can't.

I don't need an education, clearly you may as it is implicit within my wording that I acknowlegde the wrongdoing in some us policy- but I am a firm believer the world is a better place due to the us. It's an opinion and nothing more.
An opinion based on what may I ask?

Ask anyone in the middle east (bar Israel) if the world is a better place thanx to the Usa.

You must base your opinions on something...

I totally agree. Both of ya.

              • (kahuna @ Jun. 09 2010,17:53) Tell me Torurot, why do you hate Yanks and the United States of America so much?
What is it about us Yanks that makes you search for every article that maligns and bashes us?
Travis Bickle and Whore clearly don't much care for us Yanks either but at least they hate us with their own words...

I'm really curious...Why do you hate us so?
I know Travis personally. He knows I'm a "yank". Yet, he doesn't hate me. Quite the contrary. Just because he doesn't agree with US Foreign Policy doesn't mean he hates the rank and file sheeple that live in our country. It would be a safe guess that whore and Torurot do not hate the general citizenry of the USA either. Downright silly to even suggest they do, in MY opinion.

Heck many of we Americans don't agree with US Foreign Policy either.

Because if so you are one of the more open-minded gents I have read or talked to from that large and lovely continent.......most people I have come across from there {unfortunately} hate Americans just because we come from a place called ...... duh,  America!!

Thanks for realizing that most of us are decent people who just wanna live our lives and be left alone.
That surprises me to see you post a generality like that about Aussies hating Americans.

I can only speak from my personal experience and I find it quite the opposite. Some of the fine folks from The Land Down Under I've met, such as Ozzie, DonnyKey, Pacman, Perth Couple, Donnnnny, and some others who do not post here, certainly never gave the slightest hint of hatred or even disdain toward me for being American. Completely to the contrary.

                    • (travis bickle @ Jun. 09 2010,22:52)  I repeat,I have no axe to grind with the American people, and I'm surprised you should think that way.Critiscism of the American Government(s) is not being anti -american.
Based on what Teddy Roosevelt said, Travis would make a fine citizen of the USA. What he said about the presidency here could well be applied to the government in general. It's pretty obvious, Teddy would have scoffed at the "support my country, right or wrong" mindset that many these days appear to have.

"The President is merely the most important among a large number of public servants. He should be supported or opposed exactly to the degree which is warranted by his good conduct or bad conduct, his efficiency or inefficiency in rendering loyal, able, and disinterested service to the Nation as a whole. Therefore it is absolutely necessary that there should be full liberty to tell the truth about his acts, and this means that it is exactly necessary to blame him when he does wrong as to praise him when he does right. Any other attitude in an American citizen is both base and servile. To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public. Nothing but the truth should be spoken about him or any one else. But it is even more important to tell the truth, pleasant or unpleasant, about him than about any one else."

I have met Nick Jackson over three different periods of time. Oct 2002, Nov 2003 and Nov 2005. I liked him a lot and enjoyed talking with him immensely. He may make some barbs about the US, but being a simple country boy, I took them as being in a lighthearted joking manner and certainly never felt any dislike toward me for being American. He was always smiling, laughing and joking, made me feel at ease and very welcome at C&D where I met him over the last period of time mentioned earlier in my post.

                            Azza,

Do me a favour sunshine and don't offer advice on how Aussies in general feel about Americans.
Pacman is far closer to the mark.

                            Jaidee,

The fact is Australia pre 2001 enjoyed a splendid and safe isolation. We were not quite the butt-hole of the planet (NZ is a little further away and in fact the time zone in NZ is UTC +13.. work that one out) but we were in licking distance.
Our hearts went out to you after 9/11, and as per out treaties with you we offered our military aid and wholehearted support. We have stood by you in every MAJOR war this century and the last (and beaten you to a couple of them as well)
Pacman's assessment of Dubya and the effect on morale he had in OZ is close to the mark.
We lost 80+ citizens in Bali in 2004, some of them were from my beach back home. We would not have been the targets should our PM not have been so vocally and horrifically a lacky of Dubya.
We lost more importantly our isolation and innocence.
All because (AND AUSSIES: BE HONEST HERE) out right wing sycophant PM followed Dubya with a cock-polishing adoration commonly found when the US President chooses to remember the name of the Aussie PM. (Think Aussie PM Holt and his VN war cry of "all the way with LBJ")
Various plans by local Muslim extremists to blow up barracks and bomb the MCG (Australias largest arena) on Aussie rules finals day brough home to us I guess that globalisation has a dark side (international branding not only working for Kodak and Coke but also terrorist organisations) and we wre no longer safe at home. Want to photograph the Sydney harbour bridge or opera house? Cannot lah. national security.....

And Aussies I think are resentful of Dubya and his foreign policy for getting us in this mess.

I said earlier BE HONEST AUSSIES: This is the point. We/(You actually... I have never voted Liberal in my life) chose that scum sucking toe-rag sycophant who belives he is Menzies reincarnated. Then you gave him a SECOND term to kiss Dubya's ass again.

Be honest. It isn't US Foreing policy that changed Australia. Its the deluded right wing dicks and chicks and the stuck in the 60's "all the way with LBJ" baby boomers that have made us targets and made us (well you) scared for the first time. Blame the fucking votes you cast: they allowed Howard to polish W. for his 2 full terms.

I never met an American I didn't like. I never met American Foreign policy that didn't sem strategically inept.
