Don't underestimate Fiji. If they were allowed to play in the super 14's and had regualr competition they would be up in the best 6 nations in the World. Just count how many Fijians play in England, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand provincial sides. Australia has one in there national side ( Lote Tequiri)
The best side in the World ( NZ) survives on players born in the Pacific Islands such as Tonga, Fiji etc. They have the perfect speed, build and temperment for Rugby.
By the way what side has won the sevens the most times. It wouldn't be Fiji by any chance
