I have read this thread with great interest and have been entertained by some of the postings from either end of the spectrum.

You may believe that I am not qualified to comment on these matters as I have never been with a ladyboy and probably never will, however, I have homes in Thailand, a Thai GG wife and speak, read and write the language so I am usually aware of what is going on down on the streets.

I do not like being ripped off but I don't mind paying what is considered over the odds for good service or even to "outbid" someone who is in pursuit of the same thing that I am. Brit's comment that some punter's overpaying "impacts on his money" is total bollocks.

The P4P scene in the Far East is still value for money even if I do "overpay" and there is no way that I would consider that I was being ripped off. I earn 65,000 Baht per day so I earn it and I burn it as one previous poster stated so eloquently. However, I went shopping for a new car in Pattaya a couple of weeks ago and was quoted 15 million baht which is several times what I paid in England for the same model. There is no way that I could really enjoy driving that car in Thailand, knowing that I had been well and truly ripped off by the Thai government. If it is a new, sporty model and I enjoy the ride, I will pay well for it .................... but I will leave the Skodas and the Ladas of Nana Plaza to Brit, safe in the knowledge that my spending habits should not impact on his money.

In the LOS, & most other P4P destinations its the time honoured tradition, "Money Number One", ( read the book & become enlightened ). If you ever think you are anything more than a mobile ATM, you are gravely mistaken, young & old, hansom or ugly, they are a provider, you are merely the customer. Its clear from this thread that the cheap charlies & the over tippers are not going to concede that they are not paying the rate. From my own personal experience, quality of service is not garanteed at any payment level, & niether is it by going with a superstar or a total unknown. However having said that, some of the unknowns have out performed the superstars hands down, full sacks & ready to unload at a moments notice, once theres a wiff of some money in the offing.

Well there was a large Halloween goods display in Central Store Chidlom, attracting more attention from locals than tourists........... I had to laugh at conversation I think I understood between two thais looking at the display -  very long orange balloons being described as like 'farang condoms'!!

It is apparently low season now.....not sure if that is the reason.....but for the last week I have had a different LB each night form either the street or Casanova.....and all very happy with 1000 short time........absolutely nothing wrong with the service either.

If you saw how much rice 1000 baht buys you would be surprised.........

after 10 years of being a whore hound I have found no evidence that the more one pays the better the service....

My feeling is that you wont get many LBs from Obs at 1000 baht ST - but go on, prove me wrong!

Plenty customers in Obs, not many in Casanova tonight - so that sums up supply / demand.

Yes, bugger all customers in either Cassanova or Cascades this week......but there never really is coz most only stay for long enough to pick a girl and leave.....and there is a steady stream of girls leaving often following a shy punter back to his hotel.......and I was also having a beer near a short time room place and steady flow of LB and gg cuming and going.
