I wish Alis & Co. all the best. I probably just hit the bar on an off night, especially since it was kind of a soft opening and it was one of the first really hot nights after cool season and she hadn't finished installing the fans. Guess I better get back over there tomorrow night.

. Business-wise, I figure about 25K/month operating expense, including key money (maybe 60-70K in that area), so no, not a huge investment...to us. I hope she at least breaks even. Ice looking better, Som Pookie (I still have a pair of pant that she ruined by getting lipstick all around the zipper).

I spent the last two days and nights of my last trip with Pookie and she was a "delight" to be with, fantastic girl

Her black pantie's did however somehow make their way into my suitcase for some reason  

I do have her number, but if you are serious about meeting her bootney just go to the bar and find out for yourself mate, you know where it is

Forgive me in case I am breaking a rule here but I am surprised that no one has brought this up - as it seems a non-aircon open air bar (?), is the BF 300 and drinks (slightly) below La Bamba?

As 4 Pookie, whoever reads the forum regularly should know about her. She is actually a sweetie and that's surprising considering how popular she is.

Som had some attitude issues, I hope that has changed.

Although I am not a bar person, I will give a bit of my humble business to the new bar and check it out. Will see how it goes ...

Personally I think that any business with the owner there most of the time and hopefully not seeing money taken in as profit made, should do better than bars with owners not on site. 131 suffered from another problem as it seemed. But I guess Pook and EZY are the better examples.
