High Season rates 1 Oct - 20 April
550 Baht/night Std Room,
700 Baht/night Deluxe
750 Baht/night Superior/Superior+ Room

Low season rates 21 April - 30 Sept.
500 Baht/night Std room
700 Baht/night Deluxe/Superior room
750 Baht/night Superior + room.

Main difference is that Std rooms on ground floor, Deluxe/Superior/Superior+ rooms on floor 2-4. No elevator, so good idea to be in shape if you want to stay in higher floor rooms (3-4).

Location is: Jasmine Hotel, 547/34 M.10. Soi BJ Walking Street, Nongpure, Banglamung, Chonburi 20260, Thailand

If you are a fan of Jenny Star Bar, it is only about 150 feet away, just down Soi BJ. Soi BJ is almost directly opposite Jenny Star Bar on Walking Street.

Just recently changed the restaurant to Mexican Theme. Called Sunset Cantina.

Very guest friendly! Also free wifi access. Best connections on ground floor - but they are working to improve the network. Has Pattaya cable tv. Good AC in rooms, also have sink, minibar, hot plates, with plates/cutlery. Rooms are clean, well kept. Hotel is about 8 months old.

I have stayed there twice now, in Aug and Oct. Happy both times.

No in room safe, but central safe deposit boxes, no pool.

Update for the Jasmine Hotel - they have upgraded their Wifi Network so it works well in all rooms now. They also now offer laptop rentals with the Dr. Computer Shop located on the ground floor.

The Mexican Cantina Restaurant has been renovated into the BJ Nightclub and Bar featuring same menu, but now including Coyote Dancers starting at 8 pm until 1-2 am.

The internet rates posted have increased to:

However during my stay there July 2-4, they still charged me the old rate of 490 Baht/night for a standard room. I must qualify that I have never seen Pattaya so quiet before and most places I visited said it was the slowest low season ever.

The new Lita's bar is almost right beside the Jasmine Hotel, just 2 shops away.

Anybody know anything about how LB friendly the LK Metropole might be? Looks like an interesting alternative to the Marriott, and the FLB forum has a special rate there.

Brought a LB back to Haven Hotel on Soi 13. Great, quiet location.

No problems, they took her ID (and they now take ID of all guests). Staff not so friendly but room is great with fairly new furnishings for 800 baht (July). Free wifi when it works.

I cheked out after 2 days.

Really nice place, BUT....the fucking showere had no "warm"......either scalding hot or cold. Complained several times, and eventually was told by receptionist same problem in all rooms

It's a guest house with small rooms above a nightclub, far better value with far better facilities (ie. swimming pool etc) elsewhere. It's stuck up Soi 14 off Walking St and not in a particular nice area.

I was hoping it was just the room I was in. I offered to change rooms rather than leave, but the girl said same problem in all rooms

So at end what is the ATS recommendation???

I am thinking to change hotel in my next visit. New air. I remember I used to stay in Sawasdee hotels in 2002-2003. Has anyone update info on Sawasdee hotels in Pattaya??? Good value. I remember they were mate-friendly then but very gg-oriented.

There are so many variations..
What you want to pay.??? Which part of Pattaya you like?? and so on...Some of ass like to be in the middle of the action,some like a quiet area..
