So here's my question--if you rent an apartment in BKK, what's the policy on bringing back, let us say, "nightly guests?"
I'm asking because I booked a one month stay in a rather basic place in Huai Kwang online, for use while deciding where to live and looking for apts here , only to find when I arrived that the "lease" , a rather rudimentary one page doc., stated as one of its clauses "gambling, partying (!) intoxicants, controlled substances or bringing in prostitutes strictly forbidden at all times"
That's a bit of a surprise but maybe OK for a short term place. However it would be a bit of a pisser if this applied to what will become my permanent residence!
The red shirts have ensured that I can't actually go any where or even start looking for a nicer place right now, so I'm at a bit of a loose end, and so would benefit from a few 'nice visitors.' I guess it's not to be, here at least.
Any experiences with this issue that you could let me have the benefit of?
Cheers
