Cheap apartment in Bangkok sought for 2 months

Hi...

I have a young couple with an infant who want to rent an apartment or condo in the Nana area for the months of October and November only.

Do you have anything or place that can accommodate their needs.

I realize that a two month rental is a lot shorter than the customary lease length.

I live in Bangkok but cannot accommodate them.

I have a list of their requirements below...

** Cable €“ UBC preferred!
** Internet €“ either available or provided
** TV
** Refrigerator €“ a reasonably sized one, not a bar-fridge!
** Microwave
** Air con
** Water heater/hot shower
** Close to BTS
** Close to Nana €“ just so it's within walking/short taxi distance
** Clean

Preferably around 20 - 25k per month (or less!) including outgoings (power, water etc)...

I have emailed all the property owners on your list.

I'll wait a day or so before I start looking for my walking shoes!

Yes it IS quiet without the Changmeister prodding me to do stuff...

Thanks for your email, sorry we can't help, the only monthly listings we have are for serviced apartments and as you know they are very expensive!
