As we are returning to Thailand later this year we are looking around again for apartments to rent
Does anyone have any recommendations for reasonably priced 1 bedroom apartments in the Nana area for the months of October and November 2008? The below is a list that would make my ideal package. I've checked out quite a few on thaiapartment.com in the early Sukhumvit (Asoke) area, but it's hard to tell what they are like just from the pics...
I was also considering the Rajah, does anyone have any feedback?
Natalie's apartment wish-list
€¢ 1 bedroom - separate from lounge/dining area
€¢ Cable €“ UBC preferred!
€¢ Internet €“ either available or provided
€¢ TV
€¢ Refrigerator €“ a reasonably sized one, not a bar-fridge!
€¢ Microwave
€¢ Air con
€¢ Water heater/hot shower
€¢ Close to BTS
€¢ Close to Nana €“ just so it's within walking/short taxi distance
€¢ Clean
Preferably around 20 - 25k per month (or less!) including outgoings (power, water etc)...
Any help greatly appreciated
