Guys, this new bar is going to revolutionilse the ladyboy scene. Im at this time not sure its a good thing or a bad thing. I know for one thing that the shit pits we all talk about keep the prices down, the more up market and exclusive the LB scene becomes the higher we will all pay. But at the same time we all deserve a classy LB bar to go to, and im sure it will be still cheaper to visit LOS and live the fantasy we all deserve than staying in your home country trying to live it out.

Im certainly visiting on my way home from spending Xmas And New Year in Pattaya

Your assumption would make a lot of sense if prices are more expensive than Nana - however from what I understand, the drink prices will be lower than Nana reflecting the fact that its not a gogo with 70 staff. Jay was telling me a lady drink is going to be a rum based punch and it will be 100 baht. Last time I was in Nana, lady drink (small glass of coke) was going at 130 baht in Obsession and Cascade. Plus dont forget she is Thai - she has far lower expectations of profit than the foreign owned LB gogo's and she is very keen to create an environment where people want to stay a while, rather than just tolerating it until they manage to get the BF paid and the heck out there. I have no idea what the expectations of the LB's will be for services - but lets face it - it needs to be in-line with Nana otherwise nobody is going to be bar fining them.

I've heard from some prospective staff that the opening is 20 Nov? Has that been finalised? Also, what is the name? Apologies if that's been mentioned previously in this thread.

Headhunters are active recruiting especially beautiful girls.

The challenge is to have enough girls so that not all have been barfined by 21:00, but no so many that salaries are a burden.

A few times I've seen them ferrying girls from Cascade to Obsessions to have enough inventory.

Knowing Jay I can well believe she is being VERY picky about which girls will work in the bar. For sure, they will have to look like girls and meet certain criteria. She is bringing girls up from Pattaya and down from the jungle for sure - many will not start by the time the bar opens - she has said to me she would rather wait and get the best one's than take any old dross that are available now. That may not sound so good for the first week but sounds great for the weeks after as she really ramps up. And she is very anti-drugs which is another thing I like about her.

The Mamasan who is a close friend of Jays has a very specific brief and for sure is out hunting at the moment.

And for sure the opening is at 6pm on Tuesday 21st - I would guess that Jay wants them working from 20th to brief them on her expectations and standards. I know she scared the shit out of one LB in Pattaya when she basically said, one complaint against you and your out. She is for sure ramming home a very clear message about hassling, asking for drinks etc which she wont tolerate. On the flip side not many bars provide all their uniforms for free, good salary, no minimum lady drink quota's etc so she can afford to be picky.
