That was an interesting show. They worked an area of Texas not far from my ranch. I had wild hogs on my place too.

Why not just confiscate the property and building or negotiate a price for the both. Then build into a Casino with the finest restaurants, Asian gambling games, Pachinko parlors, fancy bars with ice machines and bottled spirits from around the world, and the most beautiful Thai ladies and boys money can buy. Create a paradise for the super rich Arabs and such and they will come in more ways than one. Need to recognize a need and fill it. Don't demolish it. It's already there so profit from a disaster. Tourism needs that building in the future to grow. Negotiate and settle with all being satisfied financially. Lots of money was paid under the table to city council members or heads of departments to start this building. Let it go forward. Create jobs and bring in money everywhere. More money for more projects.
