Without going too far back into my memory vaults, very recently I really enjoyed the six part psychological BBC crime drama Luther starring Idris Elba as a tormented cop.

It was great stuff, the best of the Summer

Curb Your Enthusiasm - 7 seasons so far - Larry David at his best

        House

Lucky Louie - only ran for 1 season but what a pity

        Dexter as said

        SFU = Six Feet Under

The Office (US version) - haven't watched the UK-version which only ran for 2 seasons

Lost - got a bit boring towards the end

In Treatment - one of my personal favorites

Mad Men - 4th season just started

        Big Love - great cast

        Weeds - superb

I basically like TV-shows which follow a longer storyline and are not just wrapped up in each episode

I think most Americans would be disappointed or at best bemused by the UK version of The Office.

Personally - I thought it was fantastic. Great TV. But for everyone outside the home counties of England I'd side step this if I were you.

            On MST3K...

Never got into Mike Nelson when he took over. I tried to, I really did, but Joel was the man for me. Never cared for season one or the radio shows, either.

(I have all the Joel Hodgson ones on my hard drive if you are missing any!)

                NCIS
                Trueblood
Weeds This reminds me of the many years back series "Soap".

My three favorite current shows are Survivor, Gossip Girl, and 24.

Of the very old shows, the Fugitive was great.

Classics like Seinfeld and the Sopranos are obvious.

Some less obvious shows would be Crime Story and Homicide.

                    Not to me.

I can't watch more than a few seconds of Seinfeld. Just totally obnoxious people doing inane things thinking they're clever. But 'Friends' is slightly worse.

Buffy? CSI Miami? - Oh my God - we are lost as a species.

Without question, the greatest show in the world at the moment -- maybe ever -- is "Jersey Shore".

These people actually exist. I know, I grew up with them. On what other show can you see a dude in a bar round off and punch a girl in the face? A fascinating study in the American Dream. And thanks to MTV for now broadcasting it internationally, for all the world to see!

Did a search and Jersey Shore does not appear to be part of any True package.

Though it appears Jerseylicious is. Guess that is the place for girls with big hair.

Shameless, Skins & The Inbetweeners. They are very   but when you get it they are the best. Check out 4od ( channel 4 on demand ) It streams all the series.

Faulty Towers is in a class of its own

I agree with you on Seinfeld even though JaiDee and Lefty might look at me with an evil eye.

I however totally disagree with you on CSI Miami and I guess you can look at me with an evil eye now since I think Horatio Rocks!

Maybe I sound insensitive but its not the case at all. I do care!  But if I had to live my whole life based on how everyone might be sensitive to me.. I would not be living my life as I want it. So you can accept me and my flaws as I am or you can't.

Fellatio doesn't seem much different than Kelly on NYPD Blue.  But I'm OK with that.
