There were some new rivers in Pattaya tonight. The 2nd Rd River and the Pattaya Tai River. I'm sure there were others, but I did not get the fun of experiencing them.
The rain came down so hard on the metal roof at Pattaya Beer Garden, you could not hear the music videos on the TVs around the room.
