What movie should I see?

Just came back from the Central Mall in Pattaya where I saw "The Sorcerer's Apprentice". I chose it because it was that film that was available without too much waiting time when I got there and it has been quite a while since I have seen a movie on a big screen.

As most of you might expect, it was nothing to write home about - same-same and not much different.

Will try Inception 2moro or the day after ... although I am not a big Leonardo di C. fan ...

I do like Leo di Caprio, I think he has proved his acting credentials in movies like Blood Diamond & The Departed.

I know absolutely nothing about Inception except for what I have read here. I can't recall seeing any movie without expectations. This will be interesting.

Di Caprio is the worst part of the movie. His acting sucks. At one point, he is making a declaration of love for his girl. He might as well have been buying a bus ticket, for all the emotion it elicited.

I still loved it.

I watched "Youth in Revolt" recently. Lotsa well-known faces.

Agree that Inception is the movie of the year (Pacman, open your mind and don't question the first 15 mins... all will be revealed).

As for Socrates' comments above on LDC, I have just one comment: talking shite... .

I agree that LDC has done SOME good work- I liked him in Shutter Island, The Departed, Catch Me If You Can and Public Enemies, for instance, but he really did suck in Inception.

Hairspray, a campy John Waters movie, just came on the tube and my tilac is loving it.
