I think religion, especially those three Abrahamic varieties, Judaism, Christianity and Islam are toxic to us as a species. They are like a huge festering boil on the collective ass of humanity.
For the first years of my life I was raised Catholic, but I never liked and it struck me as bullshit, even when I was a child.
I remember being tormented by Irish nuns, those heinous bitches were cruel and evil.
Anyway, I'm grateful to the Catholic church, because I'm sure they played a huge part in contributing to my becoming an atheist at age 12.
