most bars will be fine what over head do they really have?
they can re open in any number of new locations, most of them.
International travel will be the deciding factor on this event.

If they are smart they will have packed up their liquor and belongings before their next rent is due, if necessary.
As I said before, Nana should probably be forgiving some rents to keep tenants, it hasn't been full for years.
Yet i am sure they well off.

Most of the bars in Pattaya, other than Katoey's R Us have much worries, I think

Thanks Rx. Yes, lots of uncertainty for everything. Things are so much up in the air in my industry that it is highly unlikely that I will be travelling anywhere this year, but I would still like to donate again. I'll just keep checking here or on http://lbwvb.com for updates.

most of the others seem to have been the same over the years.

I was thinking before the teams at the volleyball didn't specifically have to be tied to the bars.
There has been an independent team for most of the tournaments, there certainly could be more.
Adding some celebrity or reknowned ladyboys could be interesting.
Would just have to find sponsors to cover the costs that the bar owners were paying.
Like hotels, food and travel if necessary.
Unfortunately adult related businesses other than bars cannot really sponsor anything directly here.
Other countries wouldn't have this issue but they also don't have ladyboy bars, for the most part.

I was thinking of getting a room with a high balcony over looking the event so i cannot be found.

It was 2014. I spent some time with this ladyboy in 2013 when i was there alone. I took her along to TJs to meet up with Rossco and another friend.
She ended up telling off my buddy for some reason and he left. After that I kicked her to the curb but I think I was leaving the next day anyway.

So some bar owner fell for her sad story of love and gave her a free ticket to get into the 2014 volleyball. I was fighting her off during the volleyball. Massey was all jealous because i had just met her the night before.
So just as the volleyball was over and everyone was leaving I could see she and her friend were coming for me. Unfortunately the ladyboys went and stood over by the bar where all my camera bag and gear was. So I went and hid out back by the delivery entrance. Then i saw you and told you to grab my stuff for me.
You went and brought me my stuff. Then I stayed in hiding until they finally thought I was gone. Whew that was close!
Just another example supporting the need for wing men.

I bought some volleyball tickets already, want to give it a positive vibe.

There also seems to be other rooms overlooking the pool that perhaps are not part of the hotel.

The Centara Azure Hotel next door appears to have rooms overlooking Areca Pool.

That Centara hotel shows $52 canadian for those days. That is for a city view room which is probably one over looking Areca pool.

Looks nice in the room
.. i prefer the condo (view talay 6) over hotels for privacy of bringing in a guest..allows and the avoiding of the desk check in of my date . Although the the security guard dude expects a sign in at VT6 its less hassle and if he sees the same LB a few times he doesn't care much. I recall one year the VT6 security dude was loving our LB's because he wanted too be one 🤪

I don't know if I want to stay at Areca or the other permanently but just have a room for 24 hours.
