Tell me about it  my girl spent well over an hour having her toe nails done then this ( a little story from my last trip)


"She then disappears for 5 minutes and returns with a bag of "cotton buds" and "nail varnish" remover  

She shows me one of her toes where the "varnish" has slightly come away even though you wouldn't have noticed and she wants all her toes cleaned off, told you she was "fussy" with her cosmestics  

She starts to use the cotton buds and nail varnish remover but I see she is "struggling"

"Am"  "I do for you" I tell her

I put her feet up one by one on my knee and take a lot of "TLC" removing the varnish from her toes
We get a few "frowned looks" from passer's by  

Indeed the receptionist seems clearly "touched" and "impressed" by my "actions"
How many guys would do this for their "lady" and who says "Romance" is "Dead"

No-one has more right to be angry about this than I do! And I am mad to be duped as I was in spite of what everyone wants to interpret as my defense of Franck.

I think what so enrages his detractors is my insistence in putting his behaviour in perspective. In the overall scheme of things there are far greater villains walking around unexposed & while this can't excuse what he did & tried to do, it was my money & I spend it how I like.

No-one has ever asked why did I just hand it over so willingly. Trust me I didn't at first, there were emergencies that I responded to on the basis it was either a deposit for the future or the money was a loan, depending on developments. Once a pattern emerged, I knew he was digging himself into debt that was unmanageable but by then he was having health problems. Now I could have said that's it but that is not my style when I have grown to like someone & they really need help. The last payments were related to that, the final one helping to pay for his airfare. I believe he had a heart condition but did he leave the country, was any of the money for what he claimed, no idea.

But be sure the truth will come out. And I won't get any satisfaction in finding out he had a triple by-pass. It's all in the past & I like to live in the moment.

Now if you have figured me as an apologist for him that's your business [I'm not, never will be] but as far as apologising to the board - fuck that, what about apologising to me! [And Batman & a couple of others]

I am the injured party here, no-one else is out of pocket like I am! If anyone deserves an apology I do!

I welcome all contributions to this thread, either supporting or attacking me/Franck. The posters may not appreciate some of my responses but you pay your money & you take your chances.

I would never wish to come across as some sort of sanctimonious twat as I hate hypocrites. That's one reason I get annoyed about some of the cheap shots, has no-one on this board ever done anything wrong?

Put that up as a poll question, the only thing quieter would be the phone line between me & Franck.

But there is someone I owe an apology to in a strange, twisted way, it is Franck. Let me explain. After the storm erupted on this & the other board I was talking to him on the phone, I was talking, he was crying, crying about some of the really nasty things being said about him. I saw how over- the- top some comments were & felt outrage that everything he had ever done was now being re-written to show his "evilness". Apart from a brave few, no-one had a good word to say about him & I felt moved enough to offer to add my 2 bits worth.

I never did. Oh yes, I sat down one night to start but I made the mistake of wanting to add a favourite photo as my avatar. Do you think I could copy it across! After about an hour I gave it up as too hard & was too put off to try again till New Years Day.

So there you are Franck, I know you are following every word on here, a belated apology as to why I never offered any support. Until now.

My new avatar has a nice smile, Dina I think someone said her name is. What's her story, is she a Bangkok girl or where? Does she kiss on the first date?
