In my years here meeting many many Thais on all levels I too have been pleasantly surprised by some and engaged in delightful conversation with many.

The trouble is that most of the ones that have a good level of education are also boring as fuck and are a bit too 'goody two shoes' for me.

I prefere the mindless slappers who suck my dick good and look me right in the eye when they do it.

None of my baht notes are brown... I have some green and blue ones and on pay day I even carry around some red ones... but what is this brown of which you speak?

Actually, I always considered them to be blueish-silver. I don't know where you get the brown from, perhaps I'm color-blind.

Many times when some Thai vendor is trying to rip me off, I'll point at my skin and say: "cha-wee see kow, mai chai see ngern" (My skin is white, not silver).

That usually gets the point across and they stop giving me the "Farang Discount" (in which the price goes up, not down).

The 1000 baht note ARE actually brownish!
The 500 baht are violet/purplish
The 100 baht are reddish
The 50 baht are blueish
The 20 baht are greenish
Erm..some of you guys seldom see the 1000 baht notes I can see

There is some orange around, that's true. The 1000 figure displayed in vertical it is a pale orangish hue, but predominant hue it's brownish/beige
