I thought I'd share my experience with anyone wanting to pursue a relationship with a ladyboy. This is by no means definitive and you will probably be more lucky than I but I hope this gives you a reality check like it did for me. This happened just over a year ago.
I really liked Chompoo and was ready to make a commitment. She explained to me how hard her childhood was and how important it was for her to work hard to save enough money for her and her family before she got too old to work. It seems life almost ends when a ladyboy reaches 30 ! Can you imagine the prospect of not being employable after 30 ! Well to cut to the chase I asked how I could help. She hates working in the bar and really has little choice as the money paid for regular jobs is terribly low. I asked her how much was needed to get her out but unfortunately I could not afford the money she was making every month. Needless to say that killed the relationship and we went amicably our separate ways. She told me she could not have a boyfriend and still work the bar and I totally agreed with that ! She was very honest about her life, her needs and what she needed for herself and her family. I did not really realise how desperate life is for ladyboys - definately an underclass in thai society and often the butt of jokes for most thais who tolerate them but think of them lower than animals !
I understand from friends of friends that she has a new boyfriend and I really hope he will take care of her and give her alas what I could not through no fault of my own that I am simply a poor bastard !!!!!
She deserves happiness and luck and I wish her well.
The motto/reality of my story fellas is simple really - you need the green, lots of dead presidents, if you want a longterm relationship with a superstar !!!!!!!!!!
I came, I learned, I got bombed out !!!!
Such is reality.
