much of Scottish Highland (Gaelic) culture came with Irish settlers into scotland - including language, tartan and pipes. Scotti was a term for a particular Irish tribe and up until 16th Century, many references to Scotland in continental european literature were actually about Ireland and not Scotland(Lefty @ Nov. 09 2008,05:55) You guys play bagpipes too?
