Again: I asked Kim (Soi Croc) what she think about a ladyboy hotel and I told Kung (ex Soi Sea Dragon) about Pattaya BUT I never ever spoke about YOU or any people involved believe me and I never told to somebody except Kung about her question why not to work in Pattaya. In fact she called me and told me that she went away from Patong and stay in surin now, but I do not know if that is true or not. And I never ever spoke about the retreat or resort and not even the name and logo or website I spoke about LBrongraem Hotel only. OK?

I hate to have to teach a respected fellow board member a lesson here but please do not listen to lb gossip and certainly do not post rumours out in the open. Just send me a pm. I'm still waiting....

In order to explain why I get so edgy when accused of stealing girls from bars or like on LBP when I was directly realated to a thread and poll about underaged femboys.

Pat and Pen were my GG friends at Coyotee bar.

A good friend of mine was quite close to the co-owner and manager TJ.
TJ had a reputation of stealing girls from other bars )although he stopped doing that and brought them in from Bangkok and Cambodia. Illegals.
I warned him to be carefull.

Well, recently he was raided and then murdered for exactly that reason.
Once again I am not involved in this I just observe and have to find ways to protect myself from the same destiny.

Why did Rotary get mentioned? Why so defensive? Why attack your potential customer base?

I am lost for words.

If a subject/matter/incident is raised in a PM then do not broadcast on the Forum (even VIP).
How did Rotary become involved - YOU introduced it on the thread.

Nang Fah was a great concept but many felt it financially unsound - you can choose to listen to advice BUT you cannot shout at those who gave it when they are proven to have been correct.

The defensive comments were not just defensive but became attacking/threatening. Hardly the way to solicit support/customers.

These Forums are a huge benefit to anyone endeavoring to promote a LB venue - PROMOTE not bare your soul and then seek solice. Focus on marketing the venture not defending every criticism.

The Internet is a powerful medium but we all must consider how we use it. Learn from Franck (Club 131), Karl (EZY), Jimbo (C&D), Hans (So What) - none have their own web site (too limited) but use the Forums, positively, to promote their venues.

LBs are a niche market which is a very limited but tight small network - 'shooting' your potential client base is not a wise move.

Remember the 'silent majority' - many people gave up reading the thread let alone post a reply.

I am disappointed with the outcome but not surprised - I do think your utilization of the forum has done more harm than good.

I would recommend some advice, given to me a long time ago, - type a draft, of what you wish to say, and then leave it as a draft - read it next day/morning and edit as a appropriate - it will reduce rash posting that cannot be undone.

A good business idea which was well conceived but poorly implemented.

I hope your future plans are more rewarding. You had more support than your realized but actually alienated more people than you attracted.

I asked the admins to delete the thread as a whole or at least delete the posts about Rotary.
They moved it to the VIP  section instead and I am fine with that because I believe most in this room can be trusted with confidential information.

We are indeed closed but for a reason. I will explain to you guys soonest but will have to do it in trusted sections of trusted forums.

Of course the nangfah-resort.com is the most trusted as I am an admin there.

But next I will post in this fine section of this fine forum. Possibly later today.

For the time being this is sufficient for my "needs". Once all is settled and yes -it has to do with wishes of investors we will come out of the closet again.

Just a little reminder: I have not mentioned the name Rotary once in my threads. It was Nemesis (admin at the pattaya forum )who brought this up)when he made a feeble attempt to find out who I really am.

I only replied that my Rotary friends have little to nothing to do with this all.

You guys are taking me way too serious. Haven'thad such a good time in ages. I'm in good spirits these days.

Why attack your potential customer base?

I came to the conclusion that my real customer base can not even be found on these forums. Perhaps amongst the silent majority you mention and that know damm well what the real story is.

I can only get through to those if they come out of the closet and pm me on my own site. I am now getting some serious enquiries there.

But this not going to bring rooms bookings over Christmas time because most have already pre- booked elsewhere. No we are talking mid and even late next year. And these are groups that want to book the whole place out for a week and enjoy the full service -including all meals and open bar.

With that in hand I can safely take a little break and start again in the new year.

And come on guys - who of you volunteers to run the place for a week (and only get 4 hours of sleep a day ) whilst I am in Malaysia over New Year ?

Dear all,

I regret to inform you that our retreat will be temporarily closed until early January when we will resume operations. As it looks now it will operate in a slightly different manner than over these last couple of weeks.

Currently owners and partners are discussing how to proceed in the new year.

To some this may seem to be a failure but it is not.

All of us have other jobs as well such as real estate agents, developers, bar and guesthouse owners etc.

On top of that we have responsible roles in organisations and clubs. In operating Nang Fah as a ladyboy retreat at current requires too much time and effort and a lot of the confidential information and contacts can simply not be passed over to other persons.

What did we achieve?

We completely refurbished the place so it would meet the rquirements of our clientele.

We hired and gave basic training to our staff and they have developed into a nice team that can give NAng Fah Retreat the family feeling that such a place requires.

So everything is more or less in place -we still need to iron out some minor transportation problems but nothing is too hard to handle.

Due to the time and effort put in to preparing and starting up we did not have much time to work on bookings and many of those who plan to visit in the high season already have made their reservations well in advance.

We were fortunate that some good friends and supporters were willing to test market our hideaway, firstly to spot technical glitches to the rooms and secondly to test if we could provide our services to a wide range of clientele. And our first cutomers were quite diverse and from different nationalities.
The only thing they had in common was thier passion for ladyboys but each had their own tastes, requirements and modus operandi.

On thing is for sure: Nang Fah Retreat is a perfect hideway for private parties for groups up to 20 people with overnight possiblities for a maximum of 4 couples ++ were many things are pre-arranged and booked in advance.

Finding individuals through specialist forums is not that difficult but to find a group of like minded people requires us to dig even deeper.

As said we are evaluating and discussing our findings and will come with some official announcement later this month.

And don't be surprised if there will some spontaneous little parties in the meantime...
