Rxpharm - you can't smoke methamphetamine hydrochloride, as it breaks down well before you get it hot enough to vaporise. You can smoke the freebase, or m.carbonate, or any other radical that is relatively loosely attached.
God knows what's in the pills tho. I would like to know - just out of curiosity - as smoking freebase meth. will dissolve your lungs, but the girls seem fine (?) on those pills.

Dunno wot Wikipedia says as I have not looked it up yet, but I don't think you can smoke crystal meth - that's meth. hydrochloride. You crank it up, or snort it. Highly soluble in water, or alcohol.
Ice is the smokeable form. It dissociates under mild heat, to give the freebase, which then vaporises, as you said.
It's not very good for you however you choose to take it.

I'm a mathematician, not a chemist, but organic chemistry was fascinating at school.
