but stogie you forgot the difference in general attitude in the two places
thai tend to mind there own business (Some exceptions)
where as pi is full of disgruntaled stand bys and there rude comments

That's true... Social integration (at least on the surface - which is what counts, right?) works much more smoothly in Thailand.

My LB GF have had no problems at all living a 'normal' life outside the P4P game.

You are not getting to my ego. My ego is finely tuned from years of experience and living. I look in the mirror and see the imperfections externally and the neuroses internally concealed. I know me. Strengths, weakness and character flaws. Its most liberating. Strip down to your basics, get a little horrified then rebuild from there. I am more than content with the person I have turned out to be.....

You could argue this topic until your blue in the face. But in my opinion it all boils down to is majority rules.

Just think about it this way.

Where is a better holiday destination ? Most of us here would say thailand.

Where is it alot easier to meet ladyboys ? Most of us here would agree thailand is easier to meet ladyboys.

Which country has the better looking ladyboys ? Same again, I think most of us here would agree that Thai ladyboys are so much better looking.

Which country has better english speaking skills ? I think everyone here would agree filipino ladyboys can speak better english. But in Thailand if you want a ladyboy that speaks good english and being able to communicate is important to you would it be hard to find one that can speak good english ?

You could go on with comparing the two for ages. But Thai ladyboys will win hands down for some many reasons.

Agree with you Tommy....

I have been to both and the infrastructure for trips to Thailand is better, there is more to do and see, and less effort getting around as well.

The other factor is physical danger: Although I think the stats will show more falangs are killed in Thailand annually, (I think motobike rentals being the prime COD) there is an air of menace in many places in the Philippines I have not encountered in LOS. The fact that many men see to carry side arms or knives doesn't help. I always feel in LOS as long as I mind my P's and Q's and continue to smile and speak quietly I will be safe: and I have ridden a motorbike from the Southern Border to Chiang Mai and as far east as Trat without the slightest feeling of menace.

Where as I have taken out Filipina LB's in Manila and Cebu and in both instances felt like if I walked out by myself I would get gutted with a knife for my wallet. Others have mentioned this.

For this reason alone I prefer the Thai trip. Plus the fact there are not so many loud mouthed ingnorant boys like Garcia to plague me!

Any time someone wants to tackle me its game on: particularly some maladroit, half smart, swamp-donkey parrot-faced wanna-be ladyboy. (OH i can feel a reprimand from the worthies coming on!)

HOWEVER: I cannot win this battle with the aptly named Mr. Cancer (I have already chosen to ignore him on other threads Paccie, check out the "Lela" and "Pream" threads in the "Lost and Found" forum, where I have most graciously allowed him the last word) simply because of the following facts:

Ergo wasting my time answering is wasting money. Him wasting his time is cutting his sleepy bye-bye time back to the regular filipino 16 hours a day.
