Um well i didnt even get a Freebie , like i say i was too drunk , i just slept , as did she .

If i had of indulged i would of never dug my heels in and taken the position that i wasnt going to pay her .

And this incident certainly played a part in my advice to you after your freebie , when i advised you to change rooms or hotels .

Interesting read here chaps.

Used to being told by a well known Nana f/lancer that the Lbs take great joy/fun in surrounding unsuspecting farangs and beating them with their stilletos until the blood comes out after a minor altercation or verbals, then when the farang contacts the plod theyve all done a runner.

Quite a few and this 1 particluarly have this split personality/pyscho tendancies ie snappers.

Have been threatened a few times by just this 1 Nana nutter (Onnut resident whom i wont mention yet) over last few yrs that I would have " big ploblem " if i was seen by this well known Nana freelancer in Bkk of whom I am 1 of many who have been in regular contact with by inet chat and sms over last few yrs usually in good mood and understanding.

But as soon as something like trip plans/itineries are altered or suggested even its out comes the psycho in them- ie loss of money from yrs of inet chatting to groom you in as a lover with few days bein spent with them etc...

Threatning sms/calls/ emails at all hours and shouting abuse down the phone even when here in UK stil is par for the course.

Would dearly love to tell them to fuck off/ give em a good hiding but you have to be careful as your in their backyard when your visiting LOS and they dont fight fair as we all know.

Anyway avoid getting drawn in by these inet scammers/charmers and dont make any plans til your there as I have found out to my experiences over the years.

I had been warned yrs ago of course by some respectable forum members but alas cock ruled head then.

I didnt she her first punch coming at all , but basically after it landed i was hell bent on retaliating , thats when her friends grabbed my arms to stop me from doing so , so no hard feelings to her friends they where trying to stop a full scale punch up , altho in doing so she got 2 more punches in    . I broke free and she ran and i chased for about 20 meters and let her go .

About 10  minutes later as i was walking home alone in a foul mood with a sore jaw and nose , she ran up from behind me and hit the top of me skull with a beer bottle , lovely big open wound and blood streaming freely . Great way to end that night    .

I actually saw her in nightclub in Bangkok in 2007 , where she apologized and asked me if i was going to hurt her , i laughed and gave her a kiss and told her all is forgiven and wished her a good life .

Sounds like "my" bird - and despite all the touchy-feely crap, I would still twat her. No question.

I mean, and I have been visiting Thailand for 15 years, there is NO excuse for behaving like a thug.

Two points I would like to make.  First I am almost never drunk in LOS which I hope keeps me out of trouble as I strongly suspect trouble likes drunk foreigners a lot.

Second the issue of free offers.  I have had a few offers of the GG/LB wanting me & with them paying bar fine - no mention of not paying herself (never got that far).  I never took up the offers as my senses blared "Warning, Warning, Danger, Danger".  So my question is it the prevailing opinion that 99.99% of these offers are of higher risk?  I would rather pay Baht (not too much) to keep the ledger in balance but that is just how I like it.

Unfortunately i love the drink and its seems to be always part of a good evening of fun for me , Actually back in 2005 when this happened to me it was more about being a real newbie to the scene of Ladyboy's and their games , moods and such .

I look back on it now and realize she was probably coming down from a happy drug induced state and looking for a way to get some baht to get back to that , and my stance on no payment for her just tipped her over the edge , also i had not mentioned earlier as was trying to keep it short , i was with her on my 1st and 4 th night while in Phuket on that trip , and had great fun with her and compensated her well .

Anyways all in the past now , just adding my experience to the thread , i continue to drink and get drunk in Thailand and since that eye opening experience have never even come close to being physically threatened by any Ladyboy's , well if you dont count my foto shoot with Lethal Weapon Nancy and her offer to give my ass a good seeing too , i instantly responded that i thought that might be unprofessional of me ( sometimes you gotta think quick on your feet ) .

Slightly off thread because its about RGs.

About 6 years ago I went int Red Point on Soi6 after midnight. I wasnt drunk, I just wanted a cold beer. Loads of girls sat outside. I was sat at the bar inside with 3 girls sat on a sofa behind me.

I heard the conversation in Thai which started- I hate fellngs - fucking great buffloes- and look at this twat sat there, hes another idiot...........

So turned to them and said in polite Thai- hey i dont like being spoken about like that. Normally the response would be a very full apology. On this occassion I was given the full Thai invective!

I looked at my bill - it was 70bt- I said to the cashier - hers 40Bt- these girls can pay the rest for being so rude. And I left.

I got about 10yds down the street when I heard the cashier say to all the girls outside - ferang- he not pay bill. They all rushed at me. Two went for my legs and the others pushed me over. Then they all took off their high healed shoes and started hitting me. One girl held fast to my nuts with a vice like grip. They didnt stop aching for a week. I knew I couldnt strike a Thai girl ( you can LBs   ) so I was just curled up in a ball. An old Thai guy selling food from a nearby cart came over and one by one pulled the girls off. Then the cashier arrived. Arms folded standing over me she demanded I pay my bill. I payed her the 30 Baht. The girls jaws all dropped simultaneously- they had beaten the shit out of a ferang for a meagre 30 Baht. Even they could not believe it.

I went on my way hobbling and rubbing my balls!


A year later, I ventured into the bar again. this time it was pm. A girl came and sat with me and told me how handsome I am, which I already knew   . Then the cashier says to the girl- this is the man you beat up, hoping to strir up trouble again. Instead the girl bowed to me and apologised. She went on to say that they did not know the bill was so small and that unpaid bills were deducted from their salaries. Also she said that they had once again been manipulated by the cashier. Thats what I really needed to hear, just to put the experience behind me.


So what did I learn?

If there is a disagreement over small amounts of money - pay up first - then argue.

This position does not hold true for large amounts of money. With larger amounts you have to stand your ground and not pay till you sort it out- even with a lawyers help. But not in bars.
