(guydesavoy @ Dec. 05 2010,14:29) He did come across as slightly obsessed, and his website was a bit OTT, but pain and deception can sometimes bring that out in people.

I wasn't there, so can't say for sure. But my sense was that she took what she could and then moved on
In her reply, she put up pictures of him in lipstick (see my link above). His website is removed, but her reply with the pics lives in infimay.   This is a lesson to anyone who wants to post shit about a Thai on the Internet. Payback's a bitch.

Chompoo is high maintenance. But she got that way by being showered with 100s of thousands of dollars (or even baht).  When I was with her 7 years ago, she was a cute LB that seemed to be to be potentially very clever.  Turns out true, as evidenced by her extraction of his baht. I say good for her, I don't have a dog in this fight but in cases like this, I'm usually cheering for the LB/GG, not the guy.

(f0xxee @ Dec. 05 2010,12:43) she seems well versed in the adage about a fool and his money.

I was thinking much the same......

Slightly off topic but last time I was in Singapore, I met an LB working in Romeos who claimed to have gone out with Chompoo's ex for six months. She claimed that the relationship started before Chompoo's marriage broke down, so I guess if it's true she was involved in some way...for what it's worth, she said the ex put the moves on her, and being a P4P girl the thought of having a sponsor/boyfriend etc meant a hell of a lot more to her than his vows of fidelity!

Apparently Chompoo found out about it and this LB lost a couple of friends because they were also friends with Chompoo. I remember her saying she was terrified of Chompoo and that she was always afraid of running across Chompoo somehow as Chompoo would have "killed me" quote unquote!

Eventually she broke it off as she works at Cascade (good luck to any budding detectives who want to try and figure out who this is - I'll give you another hint, she's modelled on at least one paysite) and the bad karma she was attracting was making life difficult for her.

What complicated lives some LBs lead....

A jealous ladyboy wants to kill a rival who stole her partner? Welcome to Thailand.

Money is the name of the game & this is a serious business.

It was only in the 90's when I knew girls who employed minders who were usually armed.

Mind you, they were exceptionally good looking who were always in trouble when guys would ditch their girl & go ask them for a ST.

Silly farangs, they have no idea what drama they cause...
Despite the high cost of living, it continues to be popular.

So if Chompoo sees her on the street, that will be the trigger to kill her? That's how is happens in a Thai movie. In real life in Thailand, having someone killed is probably done a little bit differently.

(f0xxee @ Dec. 05 2010,18:33) ... So... why isn't she in a village somewhere building a massive mansion and getting fat?
She's already accomplished the 2nd half of this. Last I saw her in Obsessions (sometime in the last 6 months) she was a little plump dumpling.

Never understood all the Chompoo hype myself, but I had to have a chuckle when I read her "Ex's" poison pen account of their time together. What a rube.

Yes, I'd still do her (for me, that's not really a stretch, though) and I hope to get the opportunity again.   Really!
