Most important it's that you seem to have a nice character and attitude, and that's already a HUGE assett!
Also, being born and raised in S'pore, you have had the luck to pick up a good English and exposed to the international community a bit more than an average girl in other Asian countries. That allows you to be able to adapt yourself more easily wherever you want to travel, and maybe one day relocate with less problem, if you ever want to.

Now, the body: Ok for the nose job. Think how nice you'll look with those fancy Gucci shades
The waist streamlining..hmm..only if you want to wear a 16" corset and you are into SM, or else skip it because lower ribs do have a function, even though are apparently less supportive and functional than the others (I didn't copy and past this...).
Your bummmm..HIT THE GYM and do the kick back machine, the squat machine and the legs spreading out machine (no malicious intent here )
Some hamburgers may also help..or extra portions of Chow Keow Tiew in your case

I'd really freak if I ate char kway teow - I've never touched a plate in years though it tastes lovely - yet simply too caloric.

I don't know if I'm having second thoughts on posting this thread due to the reactions here but really there was a certain degree of wistfulness when I met up with someone and his LB gf.

I did think she looked really great and perfect and all - though she had a 4-5 year headstart on the mones.

Its hard to banish the thoughts of imperfection sometimes since I do feel too tall, have too broad shoulders, less than perfect face, legs w/e...

but realistically I wouldn't be able to get most of the surgeries I've talked about by virtue of the immense downtime and invasiveness.

The cheekbone is one of the skeletal structures that is normally more prominent in women. Shrinks have said that when men look at beautiful women, subconsciously they are attracted because they are primal animals who need to reproduce, and prominent gender-specific characteristics are the best gauge of fertility (the B.S. meter was going off in my mind when I heard that, but it's still interesting). Perhaps this is why so many female models, from all over the world, who are the most in demand also have high cheekbones.

OK hah. You know Fred, I have actually read somewhere that malar augmentation is alot more desired on the whole compared to a reduction -

but is it odd that the thought of reducing it came to mind when people began asking me if I ever had my cheeks done? I'm not so sure how to articulate it but I hope you get what I mean. Its probably the reason why I got conscious about it. Its probably a procedure most popular among chinese and koreans (like harisu had that done)

Probably those people asking you if you had your cheeks done is a crude way of paying you a complement.

Wanting to fit in and be somewhat inconspicuous can be a strong motivator though.

I don't know too much about which procedures are popular half-way across the world. But this is for sure: Harisu does not compare to you.
