Ribs and butt/hip surgery

I'm curious about these procedures... I'm wondering about the availability in thailand...

(Am not considering the silicon stuff though)

I do have a dream list of procedures (not really run of the mill kinds) but please don't think I'm crazy. I would lve to hear which docs are good for these.... the top 3 are not really common I think.

I'm considering :

1.Butt implants
2. Ribs removal
3. Cheekbone shaving (malar plasty?)
4. Nose job for higher nose bridge

Nose job? Seriously, you don't need one, but if you feel you really, really must then that's up to you, but please nothing more than that.

Implicit in your questioning of her desire to undergo plastic surgery is popularity with "the guys here."

So, if popularity with "the guys here" is important, and if "the guys here" like pre-ops, then if she really wanted to be popular with "the guys here", she would still be pre-op.

Your attempt to talk her out of plastic surgery, by appealing to popularity with "the guys here", was pointless, at least by your own reasoning that she had the plastic surgery for herself.

Michael Jackson did not find himself with no nose by trying to be popular with guys, he had all his procedures to satisfy his own desire for perfection.

"Quit while your ahead" might have been a better way to talk her out of extra plastic surgery, especially Jacksonesque procedures like butt implants, rib removal, nose bridge restructuring and other frankenprocedures.

Rib removal is used to create an hourglass figure as an adjunctive procedure to abdominoplasty which elevates, redrapes and tightens the abdomen and waist. The floating ribs (numbers 11 and 12) do not come all the way around to meet the breast bone in the front. Number 12 is only on the back and sides while 11 does come to the front of the body. Most of ribs 11 and 12 and occasionally 10 are removed to give patients a more feminine hourglass figure via an abdominoplasty incision. This operation should not be treated lightly. It is not reversible and should be done in the hospital with an overnight stay. The patient has to be a candidate for an abdominoplasty before rib removal is performed. The ribs do not grow back.

It's a shame that these girls don't listen to the people who worship them so much and instead insist on mutilating their bodies to look like some Western freak.

Hip implants are the devil's own piss flap - I've never seen a hip job that looked anything better than absurd and I've seen a few that would land a few ladyboys in a circus, too.

But like Naang Faa so sadly reminds us - they don't give a fuck what we think. They do it for themselves.

I don't think you are crazy. I was instead wondering if you are into a M/s relationship and your Master is requesting you to undergo to a sort of semi-severe body modification for corset wearing and so on....
Or instead, just " pour la beaute' "

Jaymee, stay natural and don't go down the mutilation path.

I realise that whatever we say here will not make much difference as to whether you do or don't as these procedures would be more for psychological reasons than anything else, but don't mutilate yourself needlessly, many GGs would give anything to look as good as you do.
