Well seeing as we are talking about the August Suites .........

I touched really lucky , Tee upgraded me to a family room (I must have looked the family type !) with a pool view still at the 1550 charge .

The best hotel I've stayed in in Pattaya .

Ahhh, gotcha ...... Bumpa's post was kinda gratuitous also in order to keep the Penthouse people happy; and completely understood when a few hundred bucks worth of banner space has been purchased.

Meanwhile, the site which has put at least 100 times that amount into the pockets of the LBF over the years gets thrown under the bus with a ''This forum has nothing to do with that website'' line.

Just kidding!! I know Stogie and company have watched my back for years and it's always appreciated.

JaiDee would dearly love to write crap about this hotel on this and every forum out there but won't have a single negative word said against his own site!

PacMan clearly cheer-leading for this hotel thinks he has a special relationship with the owner... I know exactly what the owner and manager think of him! Enough said on that.

Titian has written the most compelling reports on this forum for a long while and he's under fire from some deranged nutter. (His Obsessions experiences mirror mine!)

The policy of this forum is to side with the people who actually pay or contribute to my welfare.

The Penthouse Hotel and it's fucking stupid bar Obsessions are the absolute worst places I know in Pattaya, nay, Thailand to enjoy a holiday in the world of ladyboys.

The hotel is like a gaudy dream only Andy Warhol could have and the bar next door is the most annoying shitty fucking rip off dump I have ever been to in Thailand... and I've been to the fucking lot of them over the years.

But whilst they are paying we'll do what we do for our other friends in this business... we'll protect them from too much criticism.

    A few years back, I started a Fish Box thread re Loyalty vs Integrity.

They are both good qualities but when push come to shove I'll go with Loyalty.

As for the comment from my Garden State buddy, it's not yet a new fetish of mine.  

Many Walking Street gogos have a draft beer option and it's priced quite attractively compared to bottled beer.  For example at X-Zone draft is only 49 baht while bottled beer is quite expensive.   I think of my first drink as a cover charge so a low priced draft beer option is a good inducement for people to check out a place.

X=Zone is an interesting joint with girls getting fisted by customers, ice cubes shooting out of pussies, dildoes up the ass, etc.
