Tex. Whenever I am down in Patts I stay at the LK Renaissance. It ticks all the boxes for me it's smaller than some of the other Hotels and Lodges. Lovely staff, older style Thai but Lb frIendly. Very secure as they always grab their ID and will call you before they leave if you ask when you arrive. I love the location as its not in the thick of it but only a few streets on the baht bus. It's also great if you are visiting baby boom and Pook soi Bukhao. A stroll away. I like to start the evening by having a chilled beer across the road as a warm up with no pressure whatsoever. Check it out I am sure you won't be disappointed. I book it through Agoda. Good luck I am envious I won't be there till the spring

That sounds good thanks. I have walked from Baby Boom t Walking Street before. Not a bad stroll and stretch of the leggs.

They do two different room sizes. The large will take a football team. So if your mongering past the two of you plenty of space.

Nice pool too. Very relaxed hotel. The walk to the upper beach road on the Bhat bus route is about 100 yards past the multiple bar that I told you about. Baby Boom is left out of the door 200 yards cross roads and about 200 again up on the right. If you fancy a straight punt. Walk out to the left there is a group of GG bars that are fun. I think its soi metro The Office, crisp white shirts short black skirts and black rimmed glasses. Mash speaks for itself Combat. Turn the corner submarine and at the end corner of Bukhao is Sugar Sugar. I had a fantastic passionate punt with a GG rock chick type whom wasn't bothered with having her ankles clipped back behind her head and Rogered right royally. My only straight punt in the last three trips.

Very clean rooms, nice staff and raises the level without paying a fortune. As I said before Thai style not bad at all. Wherever you end up enjoy and we look forward to hearing your tails. You must not forget to go to Guess Bar when your in Bkk

Bobcat, thanks for the information. As strange as it might sound I did my best mongering when I stayed at the Penthouse. ( Pacmans favorite). I am promising myself I will spend more than the 1 night in a BKK hotel waiting for the plane and go to Guess Bar. I also promise this, if I walk in there, and if they have a S/T room, I will partake.

They do, but never as nice as your own. Stay at the Majestic grand. It's a stones throw away from Guess and Nana. There is so much to do and so little time. You will love Bkk and that area. Nana is like blade runner. Go into obsessions and cascades in Nana Plaza you will be awash with beautiful Ladyboys. Guess is a chilled bar. The density of beauties in astounding. Go exploring. I like to have a couple of nights in Bkk both ways. Its as buzzing as the coast.

I'm booked into the Areca Lodge for 15 days starting on 17 Oct and will be there for the LBWVB....considering they have the Ladyboy event at the evergreen tower I hope this is completely LB friendly in all areas. Hawk

You will have no problems Hawk, Ive stayed at the Areca a couple of times and its LB friendly

First time they would take the LB's ID cards for your added protection (and their's) and call you to see if everything was alright before they got it back

Second time when I had my lb g/f with me and after the first showing of her ID and my explanation card they never bothered her again

Also the Buffet Breakfast (especially the proper Bacon) was "top notch" there

I am, leaning to the LEK Hotel. It seems relaxed which is my style. But as I look back, I did my best mongering when I stayed at the Penthouse. No this is not Pacman writing.

I found an out of the way place called Marina Inn Plaza. A suite is for only $35.00 and the rooms look good on their website. Anybody have any history or information about it?

As you can see from my sig and avatar I have a list of "guest friendly" hotels in Pattaya.
Just this week I updated it to also list which ones have free Wifi.
I can't vouch for the strength of the signal in each room though.

If anybody knows of any other hotels that I have missed, I'd be happy to add them to the list.

Stayed at the LEK. Not a bad place. Just did a search here for Page 10 Hotel but nothing came up. Anybody have any information?
