(kojack @ Apr. 18 2006,03:00) About Sunshine hotel, I found 3 of them :
- Sunshine hotel soi 8
- Sunshine residence soi 8
- Sunshine Vista soi 3
Which is the most recommended ?
Thanks.
Sunshine Soi 8 & Sunshine Residence Soi 8 are the same hotel near enough I would recomend it to anyone. Stayed there December last year & I am staying there again in May.

You pays your money & takes your chance. This isn't a rehearsal do it now, it's no good looking back when it's a lover & wishing.... ITS TOO LATE.
sunshine soi 8 is in the thick of the action in that area- a good hotel (as others have mentioned many times on this board)
Vista on soi 3 is a bit quieter, still a good hotel (i didn't see the roof top pool when i stayed as it was closed for rennovation.) this one doesn't make up the rooms every day- i think you need to pay the cleaners extra for that. but it does have welcom inn (ST bar) opposite, happy ending oil massages 100 mteres away, the soapy massages are also close, plus about 100 beer bars close by.
if i had to choose between the two, the soi 8 one would win- it seems to be the best in that area, whereas on soi 3/2 i'd probably choose sabai lodge/inn or welcome inn hotel over vista.
It's probably been posted about, but the hotel that I love in Pattaya is the Whitehouse Condotel. Last time Snick, Socrates, Monkeyman, and I visited Pattaya together we stayed there and coincidentally had sequential rooms on the same floor. I bet the staff thought there was some sort of LB convention that night. Anyways, basic rooms are about 1,300 baht/night and have large, spacious, and clean rooms that include a good size TV, refrigerator, and small deck. Staff is friendly and the place is well located on Soi 13. One word of warning, there is an 800 baht fee to bring more than one guest for the night.
I'm a rough-ridin', hootin' and hollerin', ladyboy lovin' cowboy! Bang bang yer dead!!!
(rob69in @ Apr. 18 2006,19:22) I had 3 LB's join me in the Sunshine, no one said a word, or charged anything, except the bell boy who couldn't stop laughing.
Reminds me of the woman who was on the desk in the Dynasty - she was really great and never said a word - but she had this sort of look which said 'rather you than me'

Pedants rule, OK. Or more precisely, exhibit certain of the conventional trappings of leadership.
