Try looking at On8 Hotel. Located at the corner of Soi 8 and Sukhumvit. Monsoon Restaurant and Alephi Suites are on the same street. From there you go out the front door and there is the escalator to the Skytrain. Convenient. Rooms are small and dark, but nice modern bathroom. Pretty dark for taking photos. Smallest room had only one suitcase stand so much put other luggage on the bed or floor. 5-10 minute walk to Nana Plaza or Soi Cowboy. Cheap at US$47 a day.

Yes, they allow ladyboy guests with ID. Dunno about more than one guest. Might have to share wet towels. No washing machine or kitchenette. Is small, but modern nice.
