I looked at the rooms on my last visit & also last May, they certainly look OK for the money. Dynasty resort is also nice, looked up there too, but they were very vague about over night guests & LB's, so suspect they don't really want sex pests up there preferring to keep them "down town", fair enough i suppose.

Dynasty Inn in Pattaya is fine rob, just book a double room which I guess is the same price or only a little dearer, then there is no problem with a guest

You can also get to the lifts to your room by the car parking area ( where I parked my bike) without even having to go through reception

Bizarrely, I like parading thru' reception, the looks on the clueless, unaware & niave's faces is often priceless. Especially when you get "conservative" dresses like Hi Boss GiGi on one arm & her mate on the other. its just so amusing.

Husbands ogling the LB dancers whilst there wives look on,jealously eyeing the cute "girls". Fantastic!!

i didn't really see the point of the extra 500baht/night for the 'executive' room, unless your tirak is gonna come do some home-cooking.  the free breakfast downstairs was satisfactory to my early morning needs on that score.

Areca is good. One of the few places in Pattaya that I would want to stay again. I agree on the Exec Room not being worth the extra 500 - go for the deluxe room
