Tried out the Stable inn on Sukhumvit Soi 8. Paid 1600 baht on Agoda last minute. Likely could be cheaper booking in advance.
This hotel is in a nice quiet location not far from Sukhumvit on Soi 8. This street is known for having good restaurants and this hotel is no exception. They have a really great restaurant beside the pool and shaded by many trees and foliage. Next door is Det-5 restaurant which is a fantastic place to eat also.
The pool is not huge but very nice and clean plus deep for it's size.
You are a couple blocks south of Nana and there is a shortcut up soi 6 from Soi 8. Also a couple blocks north of Check Inn Bar.
The room was not too big and fairly basic but great and functional. Ladyboy Bella from Cindy's Secrets Bar is modelling for us to show off some of the features of the room, proving it is ladyboy friendly. As you come in the door there is a huge mirror which the ladyboys will love to work on their beauty. Then there is a great work area if your ladyboy needs to work on her taxes or something. After she gets horny secretly watching porn on the side she turns around and strips to her bikini. Next Bella shows of the nice queen sized bed which is very functional and comfortable.
It also has a large sliding glass door leading to a decent balcony with blackout drapes.
