      Maybe not the typical chicken Vidaloo stuff, but an unbeatable ambiance! "Face" Restaurant (02 713-6048), about 50m into soi 38 on the left. Old teakwood houses in a tropical garden. Inside you'll find a funky lounge and beautifully decorated Thai and Indian restaurants. If anybody knows the "Face" in Shanghai - it's the same owner and the same concept!

          It's easily the best Indian food I have ever had. Run a search on this forum for the details. There are others mentioned in the same thread!

                  Himali Cha Cha in the soi opposite the Irish Xchange on Soi Convent. Bukhara near the corner of Sukhumvit soi 7 is OK. And the Rang Mahal in the Rembrandt Hotel on Sukhumvit 19
                  Back in the scene after a couple of years away. And no that does not mean I was residing at her majesty's pleasure. God it is good to be back among the girls with that bit extra!
