Maybe not the typical chicken Vidaloo stuff, but an unbeatable ambiance! "Face" Restaurant (02 713-6048), about 50m into soi 38 on the left. Old teakwood houses in a tropical garden. Inside you'll find a funky lounge and beautifully decorated Thai and Indian restaurants. If anybody knows the "Face" in Shanghai - it's the same owner and the same concept!

Himali Cha Cha in the soi opposite the Irish Xchange on Soi Convent. Bukhara near the corner of Sukhumvit soi 7 is OK. And the Rang Mahal in the Rembrandt Hotel on Sukhumvit 19Back in the scene after a couple of years away. And no that does not mean I was residing at her majesty's pleasure. God it is good to be back among the girls with that bit extra!Comment
