Sorry about the mishap Dave but luckily your in one piece safe and sound.
I'd be happy to incur a cluster of bruises if I was able to have the same excellent calibre of medical care you enjoyed.

Dave, wow - very glad you're on the mend, and happy that you were not more seriously injured! A lesser man may have had more serious consequences! I guess Thailand always has the potential to surprise us, no matter how many times or long we've visited.

Was chating to your nurse a few nights ago, the night of the big raid, at least 100 cops in SP. Seems like she was missing you already.
TG925 has an excellent idea, BYOS, perhaps participate in one of those bar crawls where the one must drink a pint at each ladyboy bar and be whisked around on a stretcher.
While I'm sure the bruises are no fun for sure, not a bad result after being hit by a car.
