did some googling, these articles and some others seem to indicate some kind of poison (one article mentioned cyanide) from the Air Conditioner or the water (but who would drink the tap water )

One theory is that there was a biocleansing construction next to the guesthouse they were satying at, which expelled toxic fumes into the ventilation system. That's just a theory, just like the cyanide theory was.

The reason they think it's toxic fumes is because the pathologist hired by the family of the american deceased concluded that the reason for death was a blocking of the lungs.
