yep good ole gordon, believe me soon the taxes on our flights will cost more than the fickin flight itself, couldnt believe my fuel surcharge once was £90 before any other taxes.how about a tax on breathing while on your flight,i joke but........
perhaps ill change my name to prince charles and buzz around on my private jet in south america then i can wizz over to LOS,wouldnt cost me a penny dont you know, its ever so cheap
I paid $1200.00 to go from Texas to LOS. Leave Dallas the L.A. the hit Tokoyo the BKK. To attend the fajita party and the party at PBR and meet everybody it is worth it.
(BlueBallz @ Mar. 28 2009,23:45) I have you ALL BEAT-I go for free!!! And I even get first and/or biz for the same price LOL!!!!
BE CAREFUL OUT THERE!!
sounds like a good deal to me,best yet..........or is it? does that mean you gota work once you hit BKK?....if so that sucks.......when my feet touch the ground in LOS the last thing i wanna think about is work, couldnt think of working in LOS,what a fickin drag that would be.
Have found Continental from NYC area (Newark) to Hong Kong as low as $720. From HKG the best I have found was about $250 on Emirates. So for a total of $970 one can get to LOS. This is without using any American Express miles or points.

There's tons of cheap flights these days...but man, I can't stand the economy class. It's either business or first for me...I'll pay the extra to avoid the torture of economy. Eva air has saved my ass with their competitive Premium Laurel Class...BKK-LAX. Philippine Air or Hawaiian Air LAX-MNL business is not bad...then MNL-BKK economy works good too.
Here I sit broken hearted, tried to shit but only farted. I am not worthy until I have at least 1,000 posts to my name on the LB Forum.
Yeah Willy B, you did well. I just paid that amount plus a few bucks more for June/July, but the point is a good travel agent is worth his weight in gold. When you establish a relationship with them, they can accomplish miracles. Enjoy your trip.
