Well done Dave, good to see some promotion by the voters. "The Little Minx" is gaining ground on the leaders. Bombay is still getting 25% of the vote, but Ae is within reasonable striking distance.

Stage I winner "C" Seya, Waros, and Mint all posted double digit votes in the qualifying poll. There supporters appear to have abandoned them for the invited nominees. All three, and Jenny are just in front of cellar dwellar Pat.

Bombays lead has been cut to just two votes as Ae has closed the gap. Both of the C&D beauties hold a commanding lead over "The Little Minx" Sonya who has rallied behind some daveduke promotion to hold third place. 4h place is still wide open with Bee holding that last semi-final spot by just one vote.

My personal favorite Mint unfortunately joins the ineligable ranks with Maggie. mint had to withdraw from the competition as she has left Phuket for her home in Chang Mai. I spoke with her on messenger yesterday. I asked why and she said "no good, 4 nights and only one boy" I asked if she was going to be back to which she replied "I hope too" However she is looking for work in Chang Mai making her ineligable.

For those who inquired who I wanted to win, well Mint was my choice in both stages. For those of you who thought I controlled who I wanted to win somehow you might want to come up with another conspiracy theory you bloody idiots. Its quite apparent she was unlikely to advance from this stage. Unfortunately those who voted for her end up with a wasted vote like myself. The same holds true for Maggie especially those who insisted on voting for her after her DQ. You either can't read or just a rebel without a cause.

While it is unfortunate to lose anyone from the contest, its really sad to see Mint leave Phuket so abruptly. I'm sure some will try to say she is still there and its some sort of ploy to get money from me. However I can assure you I saw her in a different internet cafe wearing heavier clothing, and only smiling when I asked her too. She looked quite different than what I am used to seeing her. and no she didn't ask me for money, and she never has. She has her own money. My thoughts are with her and only hope to see her again one day.

Now on with the contest we have some great races heating up. This stage will end on the 29th of June. If we have a tie for the 4th and final spot we will extend the contest until a descisive vote or I may take all those who are tied. Ideally want a 4 nominee field for the final stage as planned.

Torurot I respect you as moderator of the forum and would appreciate it if you could afford me the same respect as Miss Patong organiser/moderator.

To you and every other hindsight critic, I have gone out of my way to make this inagural contest as equitable as possible for all the nominees. Yet, I have been accused of predetermining the winners to who I want to win. I think this has been proven wrong consistantly with my DQ'ing of Mint which in effect wasted my vote. I have also tried to give all contestants as equal photo coverage as possible. You haven't heard me promote or slag any contestant.

Its true I do know some of the contestants intimately, but not all. That wasn't a pre-requisite. there is also two contestants that I had forgetable experiences with, but in the spirit of the pagaent I had to nominate them.

I have set some very basic guidelines which some people never bothered to read at the begginning of Stage I. Bolt-ons was a requirement. I also made note of those who recently got bolt-ons making them eligable for the title. How did Maggie get in. To be honest I fucked up and none of these critics were there to catch it either unfortunately. She was a late nominee, new to Phuket with very little background to go on. I gave the upstart a chance and gave her very little chance of advancing out of Stage I. It didn't look good for our Maggie until 4 votes showed up overnight for the nominee who was last to get a single vote out of 8 other nominees and three write ins at the time. Suspicous yes, possible yes. So she advanced. In my search for more photos of her so I could promote her fairly I noticed her build more and put out a query which was answered quickly and I had to make a descision. I did this immediatly to uphold integrity of the contest and not waste another legitimate vote.

As for Mint. She is my favorite, I was happy she qualified and would have loved to see her advance on her own merits, not me pushing her or swaying votes etc.. She just left and I just talked with her yesterday from a Chang Mai internet shop. She will not be back before the contest ends if at all. I hope she comes back for high season and I also hope to see her again someday. However I don't want to see her advance to the Final stage when she isn't even working in Phuket and currently seeking employment in CM. Same goes for Jenny who told me she was going to leave p4p to work in salon back in Jan but as long as she is showing up at Tequila bar and shaking that silicone, she is eligable. I don't know how to be any more consistant or fair. I would hope that you and most rationale people could accept that.

I'll say it again, I'm not perfect. I have made mistakes with this and have learned from them. I also asked for suggestions on LB's of Phuket thread before I ever got this thing up and running and no one cared to then. If you or anyone else would like to run next years or a femboy, post-op contest please be my guest but until then I ask you withold your less than constructive criticism of the contest which has done nothing but promote Patong/Phuket and each of the nominees.

she holds the title of miss patong even if she doesnt win in my eyes, along with Pat but she aint gonna win as most votes i think are from guys who dont no them. I do know AE but not aswell as pat & bombay.

Bombay behind the campaigning of StevieP (Parada) has went back out to a cammanding 6 vote lead. Pat got out of the cellar by picking up 2 votes since the last post.

Bombay opened up a 6 vote lead, but overnight Ae came back to close the gap to two. Both hotties are running away with semi-final bids. They look to be the favoties for the final Stage.

Sonya is holding on to 3rd with a two vote lead over Bee.

Stage II has already passed Stage I's vote totals despite contarian arm chair quaterbacks.

I'm not sure what your point is Torurot, but I made a decision based on first hand knowledge of her movements. I didn't think I needed to run it by you first. Mint is out. Maggie is out. End of story. If people want to waste a vote thats their choice. If they don't want to read, thats also their choice.

I want to thank those who have chosen to support the pageant by voting, and promoting it through positive posts.

Alan brings up the apathy of the forum only putting up 84 votes out of 2405 views. Perhaps potential voters are discouraged when they read one of these brilliant posts about me controlling who is going to win. When in fact my vote went to the someone who was 1 vote away from deadfucking last. They really have no clue, yet they are quick to judge me as being unfair. Like I have any kind of vested interest in who wins? I only want to find a forum winner, not my winner. However some simpletons think I'm trying to manipulate or manufacture a winner. Mental giants eh?

Any conspiracy theories are absurd. My choice is to win, is home in Chang Mai looking for a job and now ineligable. Just because your candidate isn't doing well there is no need to blame me or the running of the poll. Get over it. I had to kick my choice out of it.

The beauty of it is its unpredictability. Like Pentire I can't believe Jenny has shown so poorly. Thats a story in itself. Patong superstar overlooked in favour of 10 others.

Perhaps some other potential voters have just come in and didn't bother to read a bio or even look at the photos, so they just registered a null vote to look at the results. So be it. The polls are gaining momentum as we are ahead of Stage I voting pace with 90 votes compared to 77. We still have six days left. I'm optimistic the Final Stage will be supported even more despite the contrarians who come in here and only offer a bitch. Voters will be more experienced with how it works and more familar with the 4 semi-finalist. Look, all the candidates are beautiful, some voters know some intimately, while others don't have a clue about them other than what they see or read here. Its not a perfect system, try to have fun with it. If you can't enjoy it then move on and find something new to bitch at. Those who suggest the conspiracy thing just makes them look bad in all reality.
