Beauty pageant contestants have been DQ'd for years.  Many in recent years have been stripped of their crown when something came out.  If contest organisers found out one was actually a girl then she would be gone.  If we found out one was actually a postie then she would be gone.

Again I take full responsability for the oversight. I fucked up.  Its unfortunate that no one else knew this and brought it to my attention.  I would like her removed from the list. If thats not possible then her name will stay. If people want to waste a vote on her for whatever reason thats their choice.  This is the first contest of the like to my knowledge. Mistakes have been made, I'm not perfect. I can only learn from the experience.

Like everything else it can be improved. To let her stay would be detrimental to the contest.  If the Maggie army wants to support her they will show up for the Miss Femboy Patong contest.  She can't be eligibale for both.  

Please understand we have several sponsors who have put up large sums of money and prizes with the understanding the contestants must have tits and a cock. Not hormone tittes, not flat chested.

Finally the running of this contest is an autocracy.  The voting itself is a democracy.

It has all been explained...         Despite impressions to the contrary, I want to acknowledge the effort that Boarhog has put into this contest.

Once again I am reminded that it is impossible to please everyone. Disqualifying Maggie for being unadulterated seems pointless to me. She has small chance of winning, does it really matter if she stays in the competition or not.

Anyway, Boarhog has taken on this as a labour of love & it is all too easy for those with only a passing interest to take potshots at his efforts. To them I say - help him or leave him alone, unwarranted attacks just seem petulant.

If there is any prize money, give it to all the girls equally, they had no say in being picked for this contest & girls like Maggie can put it towards a set of bolt-ons. Assuming she isn't the victim of heavy handed arbitrary decisions made by the administrators.

Slik jeg har forstått det er runde 2 boarhogs 5 favoritter mot de som klarte å kvalifisere seg fra runde 1.

De 10 i første runde er da ikke de som er de aller beste fra Phuket, men ganske nærme (i boarhogs øyne).

De 5 beste fra runde 1 kvalifiserte seg til runde 2 og er satt opp mot boarhogs 5 favoritter. Derfor kommer de fram i begge rundene. I runde 1 kom C, Mint, Nut, Pat og Waros på de 5 første plassene, derfor avanserte de til runde 2.

Når runde 2 er ferdig går de 4 beste til finalen hvor det bare er disse fire som er mot hverandre.

the way you made this "poll" made it impossible to other candidates to qualify....and at top of that...you decided which 5 who was "born" to be in this final round...

i could think of at least 5 girls just from C&D(incl. Oh off course.. ) that i would have liked to see in this....but none had a chance...

next time you want to make a poll like this...why not ask for candidates first...before setting up the polls.....

Holy exploited Katoeys Batman! You bring up some valid concerns and some not so pertinent. Thanks for bringing up that technicality Batman, but write ins have to go by same rules as nominees. Have to close that loophole Mr Wayne.

First off the contestants have as much knowledge of this contest as they do some forum member calling them a

starfish

. I said it before those who have been with the nominees will have a more educated vote, while those who have never been to Phuket will only vote based on face/body/pictures value. This is fine an expected.

This poll may have brought forth the technology to have a poll over 10 choices. That's great and if I had that tool available when I started this we could have accommodated 5 more contestants and write in votes. This is why we had two stages Sev7en. We also wouldn't have had to give 5 invited "born" into Stage II. Now that technology exists so in the future we can eliminate a Stage and automatic births. That was done in the first place to accommodate more entrants.

It's not my role or intention to say who I think should win. I have nominated who I think should be in the contest. I also created a write in mechanism for those not mentioned in the poll which made it possible for people like (Batman) to nominate any one they wanted. I also invited people to lobby for their favorite. Talking trash about others was optional.

News flash! This is just for fun, many are taking this far to serious. They have no knowledge of this and all of them have gained exposure. If that helps them what's the harm? Do you really think they will find out where they placed in this contest/poll? This poll didn't make them popular or superstars, they already were made into that by bm all over the world. Take a girl like Oil. She was a relative unknown. She didn't fair to well in voting. She didn't make it out of stage 1. Are less people going to go after her? The answer is no, she got more exposure than she would have without. Since Jimbo posted photos of her and I nominated her for the contest she will probably be in more demand. She like the others can only benefit. Its pretty far fetched that winning a cockworshipping internet site poll is going to give any of these girls an attitute. Like C (Seya) is going to be charging an extra 500 baht because a handfu of guys on the site voted her stage I winner? Does this really change a thing with them? Please gentlemen, get real

Who I thought would lead this contest is far different than who actually does. Cases in point just look at the invited 5. Sonya and Jenny aren't fairing very well. Bee was the last of the 10 to get a vote, and didn't get one until it was pointed out. The person I voted for probably won't make it out of this round as she isn't in the top 4, so there goes that foolish speculation that the final four will be who I want it to be. I have purposely not endorsed or promoted any candidate, while trying to promote all. It's a promotion for all of them.

I'm not going to ask them before we have this contest, and I'm not going to tell some ladyboy "hey you won the 2009 Miss Patong contest"

Although there is some idiots out there who will. He's the same guy who thinks he is some kind of hero and take them to the internet and shows them photos some one posted thinking they are going to gain something. When in fact its probably the very thing that drew them to the ladyboy in the first place. Introducing Paradise Juggler.

Finally, It is what it is, just a silly little contest to have some fun with. Try not to get so wrapped up in it. Now sit back and try to enjoy the contest instead of looking for things to bitch about. If your candidate doesn't win, your car is still going to start the next time you put the key in, you'll still have to pay taxes, and the sun will rise tomorrow.
