Yes I had no idea about Cocktails and Dreams - I think I remember seeing it and thinking it was a knockoff of the movie with Tom Cruise. I should have made the connection between the first syllable of the establishment's name and what might be inside. Well I have to go back to Phuket again now, haha but not until late this year.
