better keep an eye out for something with an original name like "Cascade in Phuket" next and a story about how phuket has become the next singapore and all the ladyboys get 4000baht shorttime and....

No, there really is a bar opening in Pattaya called Obsession.
The Kitten club on soi 13/4 is being split in half and the new part is called Obsessions -- I saw the sign outside and the construction work.

I do not know for a fact that it is a ladyboy bar, but thats a pretty good guess, Given the name and the need to be separate from the existing club. I don't know anything about pricing either, except that the pricing at the Kitten club was always on the high side and the bar fine varies depending on the time of night.

It is a Ladyboy Bar as i stated earlier and i also spoke to the manager and one of the LBS to glean more info.
She told me about 20 Lbs would be working and then barfine 600 baht.

The 1000 Baht BF is if you want to use the short time room and the pool , Thats what i was told.

Two of the Ladboys i see were quite nice and no Silicone which suits me. All of the Kitten club workers will be shifted to the new bar plus some new flesh as i think Kitten only has around 6 workers?.....

They have said that it would be open everyday for the last two weeks so anyones guess is valid. As for the drink prices im not sure but i suppose if its to high then the prices will have to come down otherwise the Charlies will go elsewhere. But not everybody is on a budget and some people just dont care anyway..

I called into Kittens Club briefly around midnight last night (next door to and part of the as yet un-opened Obsessions). The place was very quiet. Very few punters in there and very few girls or LBs. I asked if they had all been bar fined. My little friend told me that there were only 5 bar fines so far yesterday. She said that many girls and especially LBs were reluctant to come in to work as there were so few takers.
She also said that the bar next door (Obsessions) was slow in opening because trade was now too slow.

I was told that the mamasan that I knew- female- who looked after the LBs and who was going to be in charge of the Obsessions part had left- or was she pushed? - anyway, gone for reasons unknown.

I understand that the very good basic monthly salary for the dancers is very strenuously cut for failure to meet ladydrink and bar fine targets. The excessive (IMHO) cost of drinks and bar fines here may have a lot to do with low customer numbers and its effect on the girls income- cuts.

I therefore wonder if they now have enough LBs to open Obsessions as a specialist venue and if that is the reason for the delay. The inside of the bar looks as if it is ready to open.

I was in Kitten/Obsessions last night with Monkeyman and Squirly at around 11pm and I counted between 8 - 12 lbs there. Some were ex stringfellows/goldfingers, also Nicky from 131/La Bamba is now working there also.

Prices are a little steep. I think it was 130 baht for San Miguel Light and 155 for Jim Beam and Coke without much JB. Not sure if this model will work with lbs but the Kitten club with GG's has been around for a while so it seems to be a proven model there.

Watch out though I already know of at least one underage lb there.

I took nicki for LT and paid the normal price, cant remember what the barfine was but not more than 500Bht.

i think the bar is brilliant and watching nicki in dancing her outfit was the highlight of my trip. Until i got her home, shes a little stunner and her tits are perfect.

At the moment the bar is mixed which i like with girls butt naked in a tub and lbs dancing their socks off on stage. It also has a pool table and footie on large screens.
