So I will defer to your inside knowledge...But my point was and is...if folks continue to proclaim it's death, it will die...

Back on topic (kinda sorta)...Let's all hope that Pook Bar has a long and successful life...

Actually the fate of Pattaya is not woth an argument of any kind. Its future will unfold in due course.

And back on topic - I like Pooks bar- not sure how 7 soapy massage room will go down - plus ST rooms of course.

The girls are a bit pushy but now that they have learnt that I am a total Cheap Charlie- they dont harass me nearly as much.

I was around in most of March and i thought things were very quiet and that was in Pattaya, Phuket and Bangkok.
General consensus was that things were slowing... and bars starting to struggle.

Its all part of the cycle...

Some bars will survive, others will close, fortunes will be lost but new opportunities will emerge when things pick up again.

Some girls who struggle will return home to mumma and the buffalo.

Other stars will still be flat on their back earning a buck.


Without these cycles, it would make us all complacent and it just reminds us to make the most of things when times are good.

Altho I have not seen the new and improved Pook bar on Soi 6 the other bar was dead last few nights so I guess they are back in full swing

Just found out that some of the Pook girls are working Pook Swan House on soi bucow, and some are working Pook Bar on Soi 6. So if you don't see the girl you like, try the other venue.

Not sure if this is a permanent plan, or just during low season.

Its so funny reading this thread because I just went to pook bar and ST noon not knowing the talk of her on here. Anyway I thought the sex was great, mostly because I think i told her I would be back for more if it was good so think she tried harder. She is quite good looking though.

I went to Pook Bar on Soi Buakao last night at 7:30pm. (BTW, my bill for one beer and one LB was 140 baht total - 70 baht each).

I didn't intend to take anyone but couldn't resist. A few cuties were there, something for all tastes. Went with Kad. Almost no English, tall and very cute. I went back there at 1:30 am because Kad left her watch in my room, I wanted to give it back to her, but she wasn't there. I'll try and track her down today.

Linda is a dark-skinned one with fake tits and perfect English, she seems to take care of the new girls that come work there. Very nice to talk to. A small one named Sai or Tai or something like that looked very tasty, but I was hankered from a two GGs and a LB already that day!!
